Eligibility.
Collectors may request recourse within seven days of receipt for craftsmanship variance. Each request is stewarded directly by the atelier to ensure the highest standard of rectification.
Direct Process.
Submit your request through the secure Vungy messaging channel. Provide provenance (photos and notes). The atelier will respond to arrange an invitation for repair, exchange, or return shipment.
Resolution.
Funds are resolved directly between the patron and the house. Vungy does not retain fees on returns; we ensure the identity of both parties remains verified throughout the resolution process.
